It's just days until the 69th Annual Tony Awards, and just last night the nominees gathered at The Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel to celebrate the 2015 Tony Honors for Excellence in the Theatre and 2015 Special Award Recipients, including Tommy Tune, Stephen Schwartz, and John Cameron Mitchell (all of whom will accept their awards on Sunday night), as well as honorees Gene O'Donovan, Adrian Bryan-Brown, and Arnold Abramson.  Check out their speeches below!

Darren Criss chats about his Broadway play 'Hedwig and the Angry Inch,' in which he dresses in drag.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Darren Criss will return to Broadway in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the Tony Award winning Best Musical Revival, for a limited 12-week engagement starting Wednesday, April 29 at the Belasco Theatre. As previously announced John Cameron Mitchell will play his final performance as Hedwig on Sunday, April 26. Additionally, Rebecca Naomi Jones (American Idiot, Passing Strange), will join the cast, in the role of Yitzhak, beginning Tuesday April 14 at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street). Broadway's Les Miserables recently introduced the world to #MizFlatCosette, stemming from the popular concepts of Flat Stanley and Flat Stella. Over the course of the past few weeks, Flat Cosette has made her way around the world with fans at their favorite spots or on vacation. Today, Flat Cosette officially nominated herself for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, in return challenging Flat Stanley, Flat Stella and Les Miserables Broadway's own Cosette, Samantha Hill.

Earlier this week, the company of ONCE took part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and in turn challenged their neighbors, the cast of Les Miserables, to do the same. Who did they nominate? The Broadway companies of Matilda, Kinky Boots and The Phantom of the Opera. Check out their video below!

Tony Award winning star Neil Patrick Harris played his final show in the new production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the musical with book by John Cameron Mitchell and music and lyrics by Stephen Trask, directed by Michael Mayer, last night, August 17.
