​​​​​​​Imagination Stage, the metro DC region's largest professional theatre dedicated to young audiences, announces our six shows for 2023-2024–a “greatest hits” season celebrating 20 years in our beautiful theatre arts center in downtown Bethesda.

Playful People Productions is celebrating summer with three delightful shows featuring youth and teen performers.

Children and adults alike will relish in the joyful vignettes, catchy tunes, funny dialogue and bright, memorable characters of A Year with Frog and Toad KIDS, opening at the Roxy Regional Theatre on Monday, June 12, at 6:00pm.

 Chicago Children’s Theatre, Chicago’s largest professional theater devoted to children and young families, announced its 19th season today, launching in the fall with a world premiere play about Ben Franklin, filled with history and science, followed by two CCT “forever family favorites.”

The talented voice cast includes Academy Award winner Nat Faxon ('Our Flag Means Death,' 'The Connors') and Emmy Award nominee Kevin Michael Richardson ('The Simpsons,' 'Family Guy') as Frog and Toad, as well as appearances by Ron Funches ('Trolls'), Fortune Feimster ('Good Fortune,' “Kenan”), and more. Salt Lake Acting Company has announced its lineup of 22/23 programming, comprising the theatre company’s 51st Season. Four plays comprise the season, two of which were previously developed in SLAC’s New Play Sounding Series.

The Firehouse Theatre has announced its “Great Adventure 2022 Season”. The season includes Violet, Anything Goes, Big Fish: Small Cast, The SpongeBob Musical, Catch Me If You Can, and Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. 

San Diego Junior Theatre will present A Year with Frog and Toad, the first show of its 74th Season. A Year with Frog and Toad is the touching story of two unlikely friends, the cheerful Frog, and curmudgeonly Toad.

A Year With Frog and Toad KIDS was originally scheduled to begin this past February, but MCT hit the pause button until the 2021-2022 school year.  Now that school is starting, this fun class is back on track and ready for your K-8 student to begin September 14th, exploring the classic friendship of Frog and Toad!

Allow the drama of 2021 to gently unfold for your K-8 student, accompanied by the classic friendship of Frog and Toad! The Missoula Children’s Theatre will begin A Year with Frog and Toad KIDS classes on Feb. 2. Classes will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 PM–6 PM and each day March 22-27.
